Notes:  Qiang (羌) is one of the 56 recognized minorities in China, but in ancient times, the word referred to non-Han people living in the northwest – i.e. along the silk road.  “Western Asia” in the song is 亞西亞, which is an old name for areas in the Far West/Middle East, especially the Asian part of Turkey (you can see this term used in the Chinese translation of the Bible, see Acts 19:27).  Ashin has said in interviews that he thinks this song represents the most beautiful lyrics he's ever written (I haven't decided yet if I agree, though it is lovely).  The  music video for this song can be seen here.
